Convert your Helix to Electric Assist: The electric assist conversion kit features the Keyde P100 hub motor, one of the lightest and most advanced rear hub motors available. Weighing just 1.8kg, it delivers high-performance assist while maintaining the clean, minimalist lines of our titanium frame.
By integrating the controller and Bluetooth wireless connectivity directly into the hub, it eliminates messy cable routing making it the perfect match for your bike.
The battery delivers up to 100km (60 miles) of range in a compact, lightweight form factor. Unlike most e-bikes, our system is non-proprietary. This gives you the freedom to use almost any 36V battery to suit your needs, whether you want to reduce weight, extend your range, or use an airline-compliant battery for global travel.
You can adjust the assist level from either the wireless display screen or the push button controller. Battery charge level, speed and real time assist are viewable on the bar mount wireless bluetooth display.
The upgrade kit includes everything needed to convert your Helix to electric including: hub motor wheel build, battery, bluetooth display, bluetooth controller, battery mount, battery cable, titanium dropouts and zip ties to attach battery cable.
Optionally you may add a cassette so that you don't have to use the cassette from your existing wheel or if your current rear wheel uses a SRAM XD driver in which case you will need to add a cassette as the hub motor has a Shimano compatible HG driver and will only work with 1-12 speed Shimano HG driver compatible cassettes.
Installation requires the replacement of your existing dropouts with the included hubmotor specific titanium dropouts. The battery mount needs to be installed with 2 clamps. The battery cable is attached to the frame with the included zip ties. The bluetooth display and controller are attached to the handlebar. Total installation time is about 30 mins and requires only a few tools.
The electric conversion is compatible with Helix rack and mudguards. It will also fit into our travel case.
